Install another client

Confirm Client Name and OS

Confirm existing system is updated and what the build number is.

For Windows XP

Start Menu

Settings

Network Connections

My Network Places

View Workgroup computers

Pick the Server

Find ServiceShop-Client folder (not "ServiceShop Client")

Find "ServiceShop Network Client.exe" file

and run

Go back to server and find ServiceShop

find and run R9Client1.exe

check and confirm it is running
